Simpl Website Builder App Reviews

I cannot subscribe to the app, it wont allow me to cut and paste into the blogs... I cannot retype some of the info I want to add to the site... until they fix it it gets one star... So far so good, Im new to this app so Ill just be brief and say, its working for me and helping to keep things simple. I would like to have some sort of rating system added to the site and or review spot. This would be great and complete my search for the perfect simple site.

Great way to get your foot in the door

I love this app! I wanted to create a quick and easy website just to share info with friends. I signed up online and spent almost $50 and THEN found out I had to create the website on a PC. Im now waiting 7-14 days for a refund. I found this app on my Ipad (I only ever use an IPad at home for personal stuff) and created the website in a few hours and all while on my free trial. I absolutely plan to purchase it. Thanks Simpl. Love you!

I originally posted a review giving Simpl 5 stars. It is just as the name suggests-simple to use & get your site up & going. However, its simplicity soon became stagnant, boring as a website. But the most important reason for the change in review is the lack of customer support once I became a paying customer. Prior to that they were very prompt in answering emails & helping with problems. I have been waiting weeks (several emails sent) for them to help with a problem. I currently can not take payment on my site which is causing hundreds of dollars in lost revenues. Also changes made to the site do always save & load. Save time & effort go to something more dynamic like Wix or Weebly. Simpl is good as a personal site or blog-not business.

So quick and easy. Just what I needed

I had subscribed to your app before I was able to see the selling platform. I immediately contacted your customer service and asked for a refund and deleted the app. I never used it. Still have not heard back!
